Finaly a really good ut99 movie again
Editing: 9,5/10 Smooth editing, that made frags look even better then
they were allready. I liked the way you used the camera for explaining frags. Overal the editing was innovating with a very high standerd, especially for a ut99 movie. I think the only small critic I could give here is that I would have made the text files above peoples heads a bit more beautifull. Btw loved the joke at ranel's mid where u could either go two ways: return or cap.
Content: 9,5/10 Frags are worth a 10. Very nice frags against very good players or clans. I like the fact that u showed teamplay next to ownage frags. The music was very good overal. From time to time it really helped getting that ownage feeling. I think the only critic I can give about the music is that one song wasn't very original and that I don't prefer action ost music, because it's made to work to a climax that isn't there in a frag movies (it has several small climaxes).
Creativity: 9,5/10 A lot of creative editing. I think I've seen to much tutorials on editing tricks, so that's why I know where u got some of the effects from, but I don't think much of the ut99 players would know them.
Quality: 10/10 I think u pretty much got the max out of ut99 and had a very nice quality overal. A small point, I think you do have 'lod bias' at minus something, to boost your quality, but since you also have the S3TC sextures on, you get more vague textures in places like Revenge's tube. If you use S3TC textures, u have to have 'lod bias'.
Overal: 9,5/10 This sure is one of the best ut99 movies ever. Really nice work wiza.

Downloaded and watched the movie... Really nice editting and flow in the movie, i always wonder what program(s) you use for the really nice effects you make, nice sniper bullets and stuff... :)
However as i'm not so fond on CTF, i couldn't get always in to the movie, by showing same kind of footage all over again.. but hey that's me, not the movie's fault, though you could always put on some joke content also. ;)
Music was ok, works on the movie, no complains.
One thing what catches my mind always, is that you don't have decails enabled.. would make it look more cool if shock combos leave black holes on the ground etc blood actually splatters there... however it's only quality thing :)
Small note: instead of using VLC player (if it bugs for some reason, like for me it screws the screen in 5mins again and again) you can use Vista Codec Pack for example, what kinda lets you play all video files because it installs all needed codecs..

Yes yes, it works fully on Windows XP :p
And i just used Windows Media Player to watch that mp4 version. Haven't had any problems with the codec pack either, so i recommend it.

first of all, really refreshing movie, enjoyed it :D
the temper of the movie was well balanced with some really exciting music, effects and frags.
but sometimes there were too many effects (e.g. particleillusion if im right). oh btw. did you sharpen the movie/images? because it looked a bit too sharp sometimes :P.
8/10 keep on rolling \o/
p.s. there was only 1 mid-air rocket and guess who ate it :( |

Editting 9/10 : You edit nice m8 :D what idea i like the most was the bullet trail cause you were the first 1 that ever realized the idea :D. I know rock is hard to edit to still you managed to edit it nicely
Content 8/10 : imo i dont like sniper shots so much but some were nice, but 1 thing i haven't seen so many sniper actions in one movie so far :p
Quality 10/10 : Nearly perfection i might say because i see you decided to still put those new textures on which made it look very very nice :>
Creativity 10/10 : You really unleashed really nice effects which i mean with ; Adobe After Effects, Particle Illusion and Vegas itself many effects used for a first timer and used very nicely ;)
Overall : 9.25
Ending : w1z4 really showed off the new generation for quality by putting these new S3TC textures in. |

very nice movie. great edits and effects.
i like the sniper idea, but i disklike the fact it looks like GTA SA's purple dildo only in red, apart from that great movie (should have been shiny silver imo)

Great movie, nothing really to bad mouth here, maybe a few very tiny details but that don't matter ^^. Amazing movie mate, very good for a CTF movie idd. Effects were amazing, like some of the shock effects and other flame effects. Music was pretty good, different from the style most people have been using lately (techno/trance stuff) so that was good.

i'm downloading it but i've got to say this is the fastes download around here on the page so one compliment already and i'll edit this post later when i've watched the movie :)
Edit: Now that i've watched the vid there are some things i liked and somethings i didn't liked.
First of all i really didn't liked the music with it.(my opinion)
Second: somethimes i couldn't even see you went over to another action shot.
The good things are: quality, work with rypelcam etc.
+ the editing was wonderfull.
ty for an enjoying movie.
