I see that this is your first movie. When people make their first movies they usualy make a few mistakes or do a few things that they don't notice.
I think that for your second movie you should try
/cg_draw2d 0
because it isn't really neccesary to see the timer and what time it is. :)
And also, you should try to get footage from taking images, instead of fraps, fraps makes pretty bad quality. To get footage like that, you have to view the demo and hit f5 or whatever is bound to /cl_avidemo 30. That will take several images. To stop taking pictures, hit f4 or any other key that is bound to /cl_avidemo 0
And you should try using a program such as virtual dub or .tga hook to put the .tga's together. and then give them the Huffyuv codec to make the .avi's alot smaller but not loose quality.
Then you should use a program like Vegas 4,5, or 6 to put them together, but you should try to use alot of editing.
Then you should try to compress the movie that you render with vegas. It's important to maintain good quality but at the same time keep the filesize small. your movie is a small file size but it is a not very good quality. :(
Try aiming for 20-24mb a minute, it would make the quality look alot better.
I'm gonna give you a 5.5/10. Since this is your first movie. :)

nice try for the first movie.. read some tutorials about converting and try to find some new jumps for ur 2:nd part =)

r@mp@g3 - i didn't really care about editing just what ppl thought of the jumps but i will try do some good editing for the 2nd part cause i am getting a copy of vegas
hardyrah - omfg i friggin love your movie walking in the air , you are a seriously good jumper . would you be intrested in being in the next movie because i have some really nice new jumps and since that 1st vid was only 2 days work i'm sure the next one will be much better , so pleasee do a collab with me for next one , i always wanted to jump with you ever since i saw your movie which was ages ago and i still watch it to this day lol , and thanx for commenting |

Lets say that quality and editing are cool for 1st movie.
There are a few nice jumps but mostly, just old stuff.
And please, if you DO NOT use 1st person look (or at least cg_thirdPerson) make SCRIPTED CAMERA'S... It looks MUCH better (just an advice :)

| ok thanx for the advice , i will make some scripted cameras and spend much longer editing and getting better jumps for the next one although i am hoping to find someone that will do some jumps with me , i found some jumps that are quite possibly new and i will include some etpro maps like 1944 beach and venice , thanx again for the advice |
