i will definately download this one... few tricks i liked in the last one so i will give this a try ;)

Compression rate is bad. Also, try anti-aliasing your vid next time. Camera work was sloppy. Actually a lot of the jumps were really sloppy. A lot of screw-ups and extra players running around. What the heck? Editing wasn't great either.. stick with 1 transition type please! It also helps to sync the jumps to the music.
The jumps themselves weren't all that great. Many of them were even in your last vid. Come on, where's the new content? |

You should be shot for using fraps
You should be shot for using rehashed trickjumps off converted RTCW maps
You should be shot for the extremelly shoddy done-by-hand freecams
You should be shot for using a really crappy cfg
You should be shot for many other things but i cant be bothered to list them all. The worst offence above is fraps.. you didn't even have the decency to crack.. err.. buy it. ET has ingame capping, and being on the Q3 engine, it's probably the best there is so no need for fraps. ET has scripted cams, very easy to learn.. those jerky freehands were awful. There's high quality configs all over the palce, that was just horrible. To be perfectly honest i put it down to laziness.. songs just slapped together one after the other.. random effects used.. random transitions. And where was the new jumps? I dont think i seen one new jump in there.

btw you're right.. i can't complain about the cfg... a little to bright but thats all ;)

Ok i havent seen trickjump perfection 1, but please do not make a "trickjump perfection 3" just spare filefront the bandwidth.
Boring rubbish jumps, bad camerawork, some jumps werent even real jumps. Just overall sloppy.
Really bad compression, shit music I can go on and on.
Just awful.
Only thing it has going for it is the quality that wasint that bad and the cfg i suppose.

No everyone uses ingame avidemo capturing. As with the cfg, no AA or AF and i guess there was that much brightness and gamma it washed all the detail and textures away and made it look crappy.

I may be like 2 months late on this ... but I think DarkAngelUK DOES have a clue ;) You should know who you are talking to, or at least _what you are talking about_, before you make lofty claims, as such.
I think I can speak with a bit of experience on this, fraps is the worst way to go, you have little control over anything. Output the avi's and use a real video editor (such as Vegas or the Adobe job) to do the rest. Fraps = Bad! BAD!
