Yet another unoriginally entitled movie, might you think, and you will be perfectly right! But the complains about that movie will stop there, because there is no other one. Even if it is not he case, that movie can be seen as a sequel to W3sp strafe. Same player, same editor, same editing style, and still totally insane. There are some really amazing runs, difficult to believe they are not scripted, but w3sp is famous for being a pro, not a cheater, so enjoy the show, especially the last run that makesthe best runs ou have ever seen look noob. To be honnest, you don't pay attention at all to the editing at first, because you are too focused on the runs, but when you watch it again, you notice there are some nice stuffs, and that the job was perfectly done: show the runs, and how good they are, even if you don't know the maps at all So I personnally want to thank kos and w3sp again for making me feel so noob, and for this amazing show.
Go download it now!

Argh... You beat me to it ;)
[Motherboard is broken, currently on a netbook. Downloaded the x264 version (which obviously showed the movie as a distorted slideshow) and then the xvid version which was barely better for me... Enough about my slow pc, I just saw the movie on... another site.]
Agree to everything, runs are great again (all of them worldrecords, again?!) and so is the editing.
I especially like the strong views of Kos (see his description) - he knows precisely what he wants and why, and tested settings to get the best result. The best movies are without compromise: making certain choices may perhaps not please everyone, but it leaves the viewer with more of an impact, because of the distinction. Not being run of the mill is better.
I love the smart editing (like in "w3sp strafes") of slow motion to emphasize part of the runs - it's very clean and it makes you focus immediately (well, it's hard to lose focus in this movie anyway).
And the outro, the outro... Same map as in "the badge 3.0" and "Lyon connection" (although that was 3 runs), but this one... this run alone already justifies downloading this movie. |

Hehe, I beat you, and I had a good excuse not to: I have been a dad for 3 days :D. Anyway, I agree with the encoding, the x264 version was not playable with my computer, that is not that old, and the last run made my consider the runs in Badge 3, Lyon Connection and pro-motion noobish, even if they rock in fact, and I am not able to do half of them :D. Other complain: join the demos and a readme (you made a good description, so why not a readme?)! ANyway, congratulations about that movie, and do an other one of that kind quickly, with that quality you will always be welcome here! |

Hey spookmineer, I've missed your instant reply on OPC this time! :( ;)
A few notes: - ye, all the runs are worldrecords, this was a must considering it had to be a worthy sequel and it wasn't very easy to choose the demos.
- KOS was given, just like the last time, completely free hand on everything (demoorder in the subparts, music, effects, style, editing, etc) and it turned out to be quite nice imho.
- the cityrocket demo is in very slow motion all the time, otherwise any non-tricker wouldn't understand anything...the short moment after the last rocket is shown in real speed (timescale 1)
- the outro is indeed inspired by thebadge3 and especially LyonConnection, as mentioned in the start of this demo as well. I might post it on OPC sooner or later I think. Oh, since the question came up a few times already elsewhere...the outro demo took me a couple of months...
- the demos weren't attached intentionally. Personally I don't it's necessary since the movie already showcased the routes (which is probably the most important for the defragplayers) pretty well. But I'll post a few of them on OPC later too so the whiners have something to analyze and fail...lol |

Hehe I am a whinner! Anyway I enjoy the demos, because when I play the map, I can see better what you exactely did (and can realize a little more how noob I am), so I have the speeds, and all the needed informations. And I wondered while watching the cityrocket part: last rocket was full speed, but how many ups did you reach (just curiosity)? |

| Oh, I had 64xx ups iirc (too lazy to check for the exact value;), and around 4500+ in the entire middle part with the obstacles. |

That was so calm and crazy, best runs I ever seen, very good job! I would really like to watch the cityrocket run at normal speed, can we have the demo or a normal-motion movie? Thanks :) |
